We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated people to deliver assisted digital and help to claim support from within our service at the Town Hall and community access points across the city. The aim of the service is to direct our clients towards the appropriate resources they need to resolve their problem this will include:
Making a brief assessment of the client’s enquiry and provide basic information
Helping clients to access online advice and information and assisting with submission of electronic forms
Supporting clients to make and complete their new Universal Credit claims
Supporting clients in accessing our other advice services
Supporting volunteers during sessions
Refer or signpost claimants to other opportunities to develop or enhance their digital skills as needed
Refer or signpost claimants to other sources of support e.g. for budgeting and/or debt advice or to improve English language skills

Position: Telephone & Digital Triage Assessor Salary Range: £16,380 – £19,624 dependent on experience Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week)
We have exciting opportunities available within our City Centre Contact Centre.

Ideally, the successful applicants will have successfully completed the Citizens Advice Gateway training course and have a minimum six months’ full-time equivalent experience however we would be willing to offer trainee positions to the right candidates that can demonstrate:
