Your feedback and evaluation of the new service
As we are testing and developing this new service, we would very much welcome your feedback. We are working in partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University to evaluate the project. We will contact you after your enquiry has been resolved to ask you some questions about your experience, and again about a month later to see how you’ve got on since accessing the WhatsApp service. Everything you tell us will be treated with the strictest confidence and we will not disclose your details to anyone else without your specific consent.
If you wish to opt out of evaluation and do not wish to be contacted, please send us a WhatsApp message to confirm, otherwise we will assume that you’re happy to take part.
Complaints about the WhatsApp Debt Advice Service
Citizens Advice Manchester is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN617659) to give debt advice. If you are not happy with the service or the advice you receive, you have the right to complain.
