Refer a client for emergency or debt support
This referral pathway directs clients to our Adviceline, which is the best route for anyone needing urgent support, including fuel vouchers, food bank vouchers and guidance around bailiff action.
Clients who need debt advice will first require a debt assessment. This allows them to share all relevant information about their debts and outline the timeline of what they need help with, so we can ensure they’re booked into the right appointment.
