Position: Telephone & Digital Triage Assessor
Salary Range: £15,613 – £19,430 dependent on experience
Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary to 31 March 2018 (continuation likely)
We are seeking to appoint a motivated and competent individual to deliver telephone and digital triage assessments to clients. Ideally, the successful applicant will have successfully completed the Citizens Advice Gateway training course and have a minimum six months’ full-time equivalent experience however we would be willing to offer a trainee position to the right candidate that can demonstrate:

Post: Team Leader, Money Advice Team
Hours: 35 hours per week
Due to organisational expansion and development, we are looking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage and lead our local Debt Advice Service.
The successful candidate will:
● Have great leadership ability
● Have a minimum of 2 years very recent experience of providing and supervising specialist money advice
● Be quality and performance driven
You will be leading a team of 5 highly experienced Money Advisers so previous management experience would also be desirable, but comprehensive training and support will be provided to the best candidate.
Due to internal staff progression and promotion, we have vacancies and are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be at the forefront of money advice delivery and join our existing teams delivering a multi-channelled debt advice casework service via telephone, face-to-face, email and webchat to clients across England and Wales.
We are seeking to appoint experienced and competent Money Advice Caseworkers to deliver telephone and digital advice to clients. Successful applicants will have a minimum of one year’s full-time equivalent experience of delivering debt advice and an ability to satisfy MAS standards of competence at casework level.
If you don’t have the necessary skills and experience to apply for the Money Advice Caseworker posts, but have a passion for helping people resolve their financial problems, we are offering a trainee position. We can offer comprehensive training and support to enable you to achieve competence as a Money Advice Caseworker within 6-12 months.
