We are seeking to recruit an Adviser to be part of the new Be Well service delivering community based social prescribing for people living in Central and South Manchester. The successful candidate will deliver an advice service which will assess each person’s needs and then provide or identify the most appropriate advice solution.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Money Advice Contact Centre. Due to the continued success of the project we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team. Money Advice Caseworkers based within the Contact Centre deliver telephone and digital advice to clients referred into the service by partners. The successful applicant will have a minimum of one year’s full-time equivalent experience of delivering debt advice and an ability to satisfy MAS standards of competence at casework level.

Citizens Advice Manchester is working with a major power network operator to deliver energy efficiency and financial education programmes in Manchester. We are seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to promote a culture of behaviour change in terms of attitude towards money, savings and energy efficiency.
The successful candidate will:
Be highly experienced in delivering programmes of financial capability and promoting energy saving measures.
Have excellent communication skills.
Be comfortable working in a target driven environment with good data analysis skills.
