MAS Contact Centre

We have exciting opportunities to join our Money Advice Contact Centre.  Due to internal staff progression and promotion, we have two positions available and are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the team.  This is an exciting opportunity for you to be at the forefront of money advice delivery and join our existing team of 12 people in the contact centre, which delivers a multi-channelled debt advice casework service via telephone, email and webchat to clients across England an Wales. 

Post:      Money Advice Supervisor (fixed term until 31/08/2018)                                     Salary:  £25,951-£26,822 (35 hours per week) 

We are seeking to appoint a candidate with substantial and recent experience of delivering debt advice casework to specialist level.  With exceptional people skills and attention to detail, they will also support the MAS Contact Centre Manager with quality checking, performance monitoring and general day-to-day supervision of staff within the team.

Post:     Telephone & Digital Money Advice Caseworker (fixed term until 31/08/2018)   Salary:  £23,398-£24,964 (35 hours per week)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and competent Debt Caseworker to deliver telephone and digital advice to clients referred into the service by partners. Successful applicants will have a minimum of one year’s full-time equivalent experience of delivering debt advice and an ability to satisfy MAS standards of competence at casework level.

Welfare Benefits Team

Post:     Form Filler                                                                                                                                   Salary:  £19,430 (35 hours per week) 

We are developing a new approach to the way we deliver welfare benefits advice, having recently restructured our welfare benefits team we are looking to recruit a Form Filler.  The role has been designed to provide support and guidance on completion of forms for vulnerable clients and those with health issues.  The successful candidate will assist clients in completing welfare benefits and other application forms, this role may suit you if you have some experience in supporting members of the public in any role and/or have some prior experience working with the Citizens Advice service in quite similar roles such as a Digital Assistant or Gateway Assessor.
