Position: Contact Centre Adviser (Consumer Advice Helpline) Salary: £16,380 rising to £17,170 following probation Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week)

We are seeking to appoint people to deliver consumer advice over the telephone and via email at our professional & friendly contact centre located in Manchester. The successful candidate will:

  • Be highly experienced in delivering excellent customer service in a contact centre environment

  • Have excellent communication skills over the telephone and a desire to help people

  • Be comfortable working in a target driven environment with good data entry skills

  • Be committed to an intensive initial training programme
