Our new Information Hub at Manchester Town Hall Customer Service Centre is open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2pm. 

How we can help

The Information Hub service can: 

  • Make a brief assessment of your enquiry and provide basic information.

  • Help you to access online advice & information or submit electronic forms

  • Help you to use the Free Phone service in the Customer Service Centre to call our advice line.

Access in the Community

We now deliver assisted digital help at a number of venues across the city. During these sessions we can help you with online advice, help with online services such as Manchester Move or Universal Credit and provide support in accessing our other advice services. These sessions take place

  • Yes Centre, Briscoe Lane, M40 2TP; Mondays 12.30 - 3.30pm

  • Abraham Moss, Crescent Road, M8 5UF; Mondays 10am to 1pm

  • North City Library, Rochdale Road M9 4AF; Tuesdays 9.30-12.30pm

  • Central Library, 2nd Floor St Peter's Square, Manchester M2 5PD, Fridays 10am to 1pm

  • Beswick Library, 60 Grey Mare Lane, Beswick, M11 3DS; Wednesdays 10am-1pm

  • Withington Library 410 Wilmslow Rd, Manchester M20 3BD; Tuesdays 1.30pm-4.30pm

  • Fallowfield The Place, Platt Lane M14 7FB; Thursdays 10am to 1pm.

  • Gorton Library, Garratt Way, M18 8HE; Tuesdays 10am-1pm

  • Hulme High Street Library, Hulme High Street, M15 5NN; Wednesdays 10am - 1pm
