Tenants Voice Survey Panel

Citizens Advice are setting up a survey panel, made up of private renters from across England, to hear about your experiences of renting. We’ll use those powerful stories to help influence for positive change.

Who do we want to speak to?

Anyone who is renting privately, no matter where you are in the country or how long you’ve been renting for….as long as you are currently a private tenant, we’d love to hear your views.

What’s the commitment?

We’ll be running surveys every 3 months for the next 18 months. You can take part online or over the phone, and all of the information you give us will be kept confidential.

Why should I sign up?

First and foremost, to give you an opportunity to have your voice heard and strengthen the voice of private renters. You’ll also be part of trying to create change in the private rented sector and improve tenants’ rights. Finally, we’ll give you a £10 voucher for every survey you complete once you’re a signed up panel member.
