March 2018 Update

The WhatsApp Debt Service is now closed and we will not be responding to any new messages. The funding for the pilot has come to an end and we have now entered the evaluation stage of the project.

Please be aware that in addition to your information being stored by WhatsApp, we will also copy and store your personal data (including any images you send us) separately and securely using our own case management system.

Complaints about the WhatsApp Debt Advice Service
Citizens Advice Manchester is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN617659) to give debt advice.
