Citizens Advice Manchester and Citizens Advice Sheffield two of the country’s most progressive and dynamic advice centres have joined together to deliver the Citizens Advice Consumer Service. 

We are seeking to appoint a mixture of full time & part time people to deliver consumer advice over the telephone and via email at our professional & friendly contact centre located in Manchester. The successful candidate will:

•    Be highly experienced in delivering excellent customer service in a contact centre environment
•    Have excellent communication skills over the telephone and a desire to help people
•    Be comfortable working in a target driven environment with good data entry skills
•    Be committed to an intensive initial training programme
