Citizens Advice Manchester is a progressive and dynamic advice service is offering an exciting opportunity to join our professional team in the Money Advice Contact Centre. Funded by the Money Advice service, the overall aim of the contact centre is to delivery a multi-channelled debt advice casework service via telephone, email and webchat across England and Wales.
Post: Telephone & Digital Money Advice Caseworker
Hours: Part-time 17.5 hours per week (working pattern to be agreed)
Salary: Point 26-28 (£23,398-24,964 pro rata) Fixed Term 12 month post
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of money advice development, testing new models of delivery and working collaboratively with various stakeholders. We are seeking to appoint an experienced Money Advice Caseworker.
Money Advice Caseworkers based within the Contact Centre deliver telephone and digital advice to clients referred into the service by partners. The successful applicant will have a minimum of one year’s full-time equivalent experience of delivering debt advice and an ability to satisfy MAS standards of competence at casework level.
